I have a sore ankle – who do I see a Physio or Podiatrist?

We get asked this one a lot.

The correct answer is either. If you give us enough information on the phone our receptionist will be able to guide you on who to book with.

For example. Heel pain the dreaded plantar fasciitis you will be booked with our Podiatrists.

If you have orthoses or may require orthoses you will be booked with our Podiatrists.

Any injury of the foot and ankle you could see either our Pods or Physios. Acute ankle injuries will be initially booked with Physiotherapy.

In our clinic we work together, you may end up seeing both Podiatrists and Physios depending on your injury presentation.

Hope this helps.
